Do What Matters Most for Educators: Finding Balance

Based on the research of Becoming Your Best Global Leadership, the Do What Matters Most for Educators Seminar covers three high-performance habits that you and your team can use to enhance collaboration, increase productivity, and improve culture.

Dr. Jeanene S. Dutt will lead you through these proven habits to help you prioritize time, focus on what matters most to you and your team, and create a sustainable “life-work” balance. The habits of Vision, Roles and Goals, Pre-Week Planning, and an introduction to Transformational Teams are introduced in this seminar.
